Holiday Wellness Challenge

This is a private group, however please feel free to other positive motivated members to join. This Challenge will begin 11/26/14 and will end 12/31/14. Please post before pics, goals, problem areas, strengths and your introduction by 11/25/14. The purpose of this group will be to support and hold one another accountable. Post daily progress, struggles, questions, meal ideas and motivational quotes/pics, etc. Be sure to log in each day. Lets have fun, please make comments in a positive and encouraging tone.
