Low carb pregnancy help
I’m 28 weeks along. Start weight of 240lbs Current weight 260lbs Due to that my midwife had said low carb/high protein diet. She doesn’t want my gaining anymore weight this pregnancy. I’m planning a Home birth for my third daughter. Looking for all the encouragement and support I can get. Judge my food diary and yell at me
