HSM New Year to Solstice Fitness Challenge
This is a closed group ... by invite only as this is group consists of a small group of friends who are sharing similar life challenges in addition to desiring to improve fitness.
~~ Hello Sunday Morning ~~
It's a great day to change your life.
Starting January 1, 2014 We have chosen to challenge ourselves to do today what others are not willing to so we can achieve tomorrow what others cannot.
This is a 171 Day Challenge Starting on January 1st 2015 and ending June 21st 2015.
The Keys to the Challenge
- Share with the group:
A. Your Goal.
B. How many minutes a week your dedicating to working out.
- Drop Body Fat & Gain Muscle (No skinny fat)
- Completing Two 90 Day HSMs, (though we will fall 9 days short on the second HSM) but by then it won't matter !!!
- Before, during and after photos, take photos weekly of your transformation throughout the event. Keep them for your reference.
- Share diet tips, exercise tips, struggles and challenges.
- Keep each other honest about reaching our goals.
- Although we do not want to be discouraging, we should also politely hold each other accountable and not be accepting of excuses. This is a challenge ... it should be tough.
Can't wait to make this happen !!!!
