2015 challenge: Healthy is the Way

Hello everyone, I created this group for those who, like me, at the end of 2015 want to be healthy, reaching milestones in healthy ways. The objectives of this challenge are divided into two areas, exercise and nutrition. As for exercise objectives are:
- 1 run 10 km in 60 minutes or less
- 2 to 50 abdominal
- 3 do 25 push-ups on the ground
For feeding the objectives are:
- 1 eat three meals a day and preferably 2 snacks
- 2 eat healthy at least 300 days (one day healthy MINIMUM provides 20g fiber, 180g of fiber, 50g protein and 30g MASSIMO saturated fat, 3g sodium)
- 3 discover at least 10 new food never tasted before or 10 new recipes
