Hi, I am 60, 61 in April and would like 2015 to be the year I reach goal weight and exercise regularly.
Having been good all day, I have just gone way over my limit by eating lots, and I mean lots, of dates and cashew nuts. Why do I do it? I know it is stupid, it makes me feel bad, and makes me fat. HELP

Got up, ate a slice of pumpkin bread, (I know it's not the healthiest but I refuse to deny myself. I just can't have more than one.) Got in my 45 min stretching/exercise routine and it's only 10:43.
