I have gotten better with my eating habits and sticking to my work outs, and stopped smoking........I feel fantastic! But some days i'm like holy hell I really just want an entire pan of Chocolate brownies. It's a constant fight between the bikini and the brownies!!! Why can't we all just get along!
I get tired of hearing the same tips and weight loss strategies over and over, some which are pretty ridiculous. But i always forget about the little tips that are so simple and true! Weight didn't build over night and it dang sure won't fall back off in a weeks time so why in the world do I get sideways when the scale…
It's ok to sneak a sweet snack or french fry here and there but in MODERATION as I have been told, but what foods are considered still decent and not belt busting? :noway:
Okay so off the bat most women will say ...."make him eat healthy too". Well that's not as easy as it sounds when you marry a beef and potato kinda guy who stays skinny on the chocolate cake diet. So would you force him to eat the way you do OR keep feeding the bottomless pit cheesy greasy goodness?
