:) stay strong in the Lord do not depart or give into temptation. The devil creeps around and tried to fit in to see who is weak and works on the weak and destroys the weak. Find your strength in the Lord Jesus Christ!

Stay strong in the Lord for he will give you strength. Do not give up on your goals and getting Spiritually fit and physically fit.
