Hi, I just started the 21 day fix today. Haven't done the workout yet, I went for a 30 min run this morning. Not sure if I should be running as well as doing the program exercises but I can't give up my running. Have my food planned for the next few days, not very exciting. Would love to get some ideas on meal ideas.
