Looking for Diet Friends - Squatting for Beer!!! - 2015 Goals Must or BUST!!
I'm hoping that this group will help motivate myself and others to get in to gear and FINALLY lose that college weight. I'm trying to change my lifestyle habits, eat better and workout regularly. It's incredibly hard as I'm sure you guys know. Let's have this forum to motivate each other and hold each other accountable. I need to lose 25 lbs by May or I will be disappointed with myself. Who is in?!?
