Smith Family Health Challenge
Our family's strength is being there for one another, no matter what. Now let's use that strength to get us all on track to live healthier lives! This group is to encourage each other, share tips that have been working, and plan fun rewards when we meet personal health goals. For this to be helpful, we need to share our goals with each other for accountability and encouragement. We can use this group to plan healthy activities, such as doing a 5k together or a healthy snack and movie night. We can also use this group to share recipes that we find that don't make eating healthy feel boring, cuz let's face it--food is one of the best parts of life! So let's learn how to make that love of food work for us and our health together!!
