Every hour get up and move. Walk upstairs, go to the bathroom better yet visit someone in another building instead of emailing or calling!
This week you are to exercise at least 5 times for 30 minutes. Come on you can do it!!!! Be creative and just move. You can split up the 30 to two 15 minute sessions if you dont have time.
Drink 64oz or more of water A DAY this week! Let's flush those toxins out!!! check in with your buddy to keep them on track!
