The "50 # Walk" is for persons, who want to take a positive role in their health. It is called "50 # Walk," because, some may be aware that I have lost 50 pounds by proper diet and exercise. A lot of people seemed to understand and respond to a "no-frills, non-extreme, ordinary and consistent" plan for their health. So, the "50 # Walk" is a health journey for people who want to be healthy without the "flashiness" and drama. It is about finding a consistent way to live a healthier life.

When you think of ordinary, non-extreme and a perhaps, even boring method of exercise, you do not have to look any further than walking! And, I was able to lose 50 pounds with that and a good diet.
