How do you feel outside of loosing weight at the age of 50? Just want to start up a discussion for our age group. We are all trying to lose weight on this sight but we are different in how we approach life. Thoughts!
Summer Goals
Does anyone have any summer goals? I want to have lost my fat on my back and stomach to wear dresses without the rolls. Working very hard to achieve this I go to the gym and take circuit training which is a challenge and also do cycling. No pain - No gain and I have pain.:smile:
