Wow, it's been a while since i've been on here. Tell a little about yourself - How are you on this journey? What made you decide to start? I'm down 46 lbs and doing well; I stay in the box most days. For a month seems like I'd plateaud, but last week I lost 4 lbs. Perhaps I'm back on track.
Tried using the HMR app . Not successful with using it as I am ordering from Amazon. Looking for like minded people who have or is going through the program.
