Trucker specific food logging question: the night shift.

it supposedly tracks my activity throughout the day and communicates with myfitnesspal. We shall see. Does anyone else use a fitness tracker/app that syncs with myfitnesspal?

my first baby step was to log honestly. I've been doing that one for a while and am ready to add another item.
