Subway Devco
Welcome to the Subway Devco Commit to Fit Program!
How to compete:
o Staff members must submit their goals for the year and register for MyFitnessPal
o All activities recorded on the website will be used to determine the amount of points earned every month
o Points are determined based on the intensity and frequency of activity and the staff member per province with the highest points per month will win a small prize
o Bonus points are earned throughout the year by completing monthly challenges, achieving your goal, participating on fitness teams outside of the work setting and taking part in quarterly activities. These points are not revealed until the end of the program, at which time the staff member with the highest number of bonus points between the province will win the grand prize.
Prizing and Grand Prize:
o Quarterly "team spirit" prizes ($50 per province per quarter) handed out (Cannot be won more than one quarter in a row)
o $100 worth of prizes handed out at random throughout the course of the year ($50 in BC
and $50 in AB)
o Grand Prize announced and handed out at the Christmas party
o $1,500 handed out to top winner in BC or AB
o Winner will be determined by the judging panel
