Days 1-10: 30DS - Lvl1
Days 11-20: 30DS - Lvl2
Days 21-30: 30DS - Lvl3
You will need:
• Space to move around
• A yoga mat or similar for floor work
• Hand weights
Take your starting measurements!
• Waist
• Hips
• Chest
• Arms
• Thighs
• Calves
• Anything else!
Take before/after pics if you want; not required.
