2015 is a new year for all of us. Let's hold each other accountable and get fit!

Remember that exercise is only about 5% of the battle. Nutrition is the other 95%.
If we want to get anywhere in our weight loss/fitness journey we have to get our nutrition under control.

I am going to start logging my meals so I can see where I need to improve when it comes to Protein, Fats, and Carbs. I encourage you all to do the same!
