A Year with Shaun T Challenge

If you haven't heard of Shaun T yet, he is the popular creator of the Insanity workout series. He has gone on to create some of the most effective, and challenging, home workouts ever made. I decided to begin a challenge called, "A year with Shaun T."

It begins with his easiest program (which is still pretty hard) called Focus T25. It only requires 25 minutes of your time a day and comes with a meal planning guide and workout calendars. This is a 14 week program.

Next up is Insanity Max 30. Here we move from 25 minutes a day to 30 minutes a day, but we are kicking up the intensity a bit for a solid 8 weeks.

After this, we move to the original Insanity workouts. These are grueling workout anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour. They are not for the faint of heart, but after completing the previous two program, we should be ready to take it on for the next 8 weeks.

We wrap up our year with Shaun T by tackling Insanity: The Asylum. This is his most grueling workout program to date, which is why it is last in our line-up. 8 weeks of high intensity sports interval training.

This is a long-range commitment that promises to get you in the best shape of your life. The programs take the guesswork out of everything by providing the workouts, the time frames, and the meal plans. The equipment needed is very minimal.
