Sugar and Artifical Sweetener Challenge!!

The US Department of Agriculture shows that women consume about 106 grams of sugar a day, while men consume135 grams!!! That's ALOT! The American Heart Association recommends no more than 6 teaspoons, or 24 grams, of sugar for women and 9 teaspoons, of 36 grams, for men!
This challenge is to cut sugar and artificial sweetener from your diet for 2 WEEKS!
You can reset your taste buds to consume less and wont crave the sweets!!!
WHOS WITH ME! LETS TAKE THIS CHALLENGE TOGETHER!

For two weeks cut all all added sugars and artificial sweeteners
-Don't drink sugar or artificial sweetener to any food or drinks
-Avoid all sugar or artificial sweetened drinks including sodas, bottled teas, sports drinks, energy drinks, fruit drinks and juice(even 100% juice), specialty coffee drinks.
-Cut out any foods that have a lot of added sugar and artificial sweetener suck as cookies, cake, candy, yogurt, soy or almond milk, breakfast cereals, or energy bars.
-Limit dried fruits to 2 servings per day. Plain, unsweetened milk, yogurt, and fresh fruit contain natural sugar, which is fine.
-Read food and drink labels. Aim for foods with 5 grams or less of added sugar.
