Lupus and Steriods

Any lupus patients gained a lot of weight by being prescribed prednisone and difficult to eat less??? I'm always hungry and try to eat less, but I've gained twenty lbs and I feel and look horrible . I have a hard time putting sweets away and not getting any rest.
