April - 30 Day Challenge
Committing to a fitness and/or nutrition goal for the month of April. Each member will select their own individual goal(s)/challenge. Perhaps eliminating a food you binge on, or adding a healthy one you don't eat enough. Or, committing to a fitness program etc. The group is set to private and will be a supportive environment for tips, motivation, and accountability - visible only to group members.
