I'm 18 lbs a way. I'm eating, sleeping and breathing my goal!
revenge of the sweet tooth!!
Sugar is my downfall. Stopped eating biscuits, chocolates, sweets etc for January and was eating them in moderation in feb/march but ... easter. And now I'm back in the habit of eating too much sugar daily. So. My plan is april 16th- may 16th I'm giving up the sweet stuff as i did in january. Hopefully that'll get me back…
