Fit By 50 In North Carolina

This group is designed for men and women who will hit 50 within the next 12-18 months (give or take). I have attempted to lose weight on many occasions using many different methods. I turn 49 in June and have set a personal goal to be fit by 50. Join me!!

Track your food and success using MyFitnessPal and use whatever exercise methods you know works for you. The purpose of the group is to provide/receive support and accountability while sharing ideas, successes, and celebrations.

Ground rules:

1. Be supportive at all times
2. Transparency to group members is important, i.e. age, weight, etc.
3. Share your successes
4. Confidentiality and respect are a must
5. Prayer helps :-)

I look forward to working with you to reach our finest fitness goal by age 50 (aka, before we receive our AARP cards)
