"The Simple Diet"



I'm starting this group to see if there are any other MyFitnessPal users that are trying "The Simple Diet" by James Anderson.

The diet centers around losing weight by eating meal replacement shakes and pre-packaged entrees. It's similar to the HMR diet except it doesn't require buying food from any one vendor, instead it uses off the shelf foods like Slim Fast, GNC Protein Powder, Smart Ones, Lean Cuisine, etc...

As the site says... During the initial weight loss phase "you will lose about 75% of your using three shakes, two entrées and five servings of fruits and vegetable daily. Importantly, you increase your physical activity by walking and doing other physical activity by at least 30 minutes per day."
