I am nearing Fluffy Town! Help!

I hate jumping into an already established forum and trying to start up a dialogue with people that are already set in there ways. I need community help at this point and I think if your nearing Fluffy, so do you. Lets discuss what has worked for us in the past and what has been the worst.

We are not just Fluffy!
What do you do as a person? I always see a lot of fat talk or racism or gender talk. People against it or people for it. We may have a weight problem but that doesn't define us. I'm work in the Information Technology field mostly in the application support area. No, no not Helpdesk.
