I thought about just leaving this group quietly....that is being honest. I do well on my own, my mfp peeps who I met after IDOB are my mainstay of support and I have basically dropped out of the IDOB circuit. I miss the "good ole days" when I first joined there, but it (and I) have changed. Twin Tracy....how is it going???…

It will be easier with my own food/cooking and I will get a run in tonight!! What are you all doing?
What do you do and why? How important do you think it is to your success? What would you like to try, but afraid to do? I thought I would ask and see what makes you all tick!!!!! I will answer on this later:bigsmile:
What's motivating you to lose weight, be honest? Can be as many things as you want to list, can be simple things or even vain.
