Eating as much as required is actually difficult! When eating healthy foods, the calories don't add up as quickly, which means A LOT of food! Take the week and input, do some trial and error!! Challenge starts soon!
While it should have been easy, I meal prepped, i didn't take it with me today! Ruined lunch with fast food, and dinner since cooking fresh yummy, healthy food was to much work.. pizza.. yep.. didn't even taste as good as it should for cheating, but tomorrow I will regroup and get it right.
