Anca's 12 Week Challenge

Welcome to Anca's 12 week challenge!!!

Thank you for joining this group. Consider yourself a winner already because you've already made the biggest step toward your health by joining this challenge. I call it DES Challenge because it's about diet, exercise and sleep.
Diet will account for 70% of the results, but putting 70% in will only give you 70% of what you're looking for. But if you add a good exercise routine and enough sleep time you will get 100% results.

Things to do:
1. Log in all the food
2. Log in all exercises
3. Ask questions, ask for advice!!!

What you should expect:
1. Spending at least 30 min daily to log in your food and exercise for approx 3 weeks. After this time it becomes much easier to log in your food and exercise as it'll save your frequently used items in a drop down bar.
2. An excellent support system
3. Creativity in the kitchen and sharing of new recipes
4. Delicious food items every day
5. Lowered sweet tooth cravings
6. Feeling great, energized, strong
7. Losing fat weight while maintaining/building muscles. (Depending on personal goals)
8. Become more knowledgeable

Please do not CHEAT!!! Be honest about what you eat and don't feel guilty if you fall off the wagon or if other members may hit their goals faster. This is not a competition this is a challenge and it challenges you and YOU only. Your results are based on your progress not on someone else's, but as a support group we are here to cheer each other up, push our limits, encourage and motivate each other.

Any suggestion or recommendation is welcomed if it didn't come across in an offensive manner so it's very important we're mindful and respectful.
