Where do you find the time?
Ok mommies. I have an issue with finding the time to workout. I work 8-5 Mon-Fri, but we leave the house by 650 every morning. I'm usually up by 545 and ready by 630, leaving 20 minutes to get my son ready and out the door. We get home around 6 every night and by the time we do dinner, bath, and his bedtime routine, we're…

Hello fit mommys!
I have used MFP off and on for quite a while and am ready to get back on the wagon. I have a 5 year old daughter and sadly, the pounds continue to pack on. She's such a happy active girl and I want to be able to keep up with her! Hopefully we can support each other in our goals!
