21 Day be IN or IN the way Challengers

1.) log into myfitnesspal everyday and complete under your daily food calorie or macro goal (you choose) for 21 days straight.

2.) do some kind of exercise or activity for 21 days straight. For you mothers, on those long days this can even mean a brisk walk, or home activities.

There are no cheat days during this 21 day duration! If you want a cookie? Eat it. Want some juice? Have it. Just make sure to document it in your daily log and adjust the rest of your daily goals accordingly. We'll start with 21 days, maybe the next time it will be 30, maybe after that it will be a lifestyle change.
