Why did you decide you want to lose weight (besides the obvious reason of high BMI)?
For the month of August, I am using my Fitbit to keep me on track of my fitness goals.. My goal is to obtain 10,000 steps EVERY DAY for the entire month. If anyone else has a fitbit let me know :) I also want to eat between 1200-1800 calories every day. What is your plan?
