Calorie intake ( Every day )

Mon~ 2000-2200cal.
Tue~ 1700-1800cal.
Wednesday~ 2000cal.
Thu~ 1700-1800cal.
Fri, Sat, Sun~ 1700-2200

Slowly decrease your carb intake.

Protein shakes are your best friend!

Eggs, grilled chicken, and beans are a must. Filled with protein.

Drink tea like it's water! It cleanses your body, and makes you feel energized.

Do the 100 workout

Jumping jacks - 100 ( or till you can't move anymore.)
Situps - 100
Crunches - 100
Toe touch - 100
Stretch - Any type for 100 seconds.
