This group is for adults in their 30's and up, who enjoys walking, running, hiking, kayaking and doing any physical fitness activity to keep fit / loose weight. I mean let's face it, doing the same type of workout everyday can become monotonous and discouraging. Be adventurous with your exercise routine and watch the weight come off while having fun. Remember our body is not made to sit, but to MoveIT. The goal of this group is for members to encourage each other as they work towards achieving their weight loss goal. There will be some occasional posting of exercise tips and recipes as well, so watch out for them. Group members are also free to share recipes and fitness tips. If you are feeling discouraged or looking for an excuse to quit, share it so we can encourage you. Please do not judge, but encourage. Invite your friends...the more the merrier.
