How are you guys doing? I've been logging... Mostly. And I'm finding it's easier to not say screw it when I'm having the puffed wheat on my counter... It still counts!
so far, somewhat so good. At least I've been logging it all in the long run! Did legs yesterday too, and walking slower than a octogenarian today. Goooood times.
Holy crap. I actually closed my diary for the night. I don't think that's ever happened!

im in baby! Even when I start my morning with 1 pickle!
so mfp has only allowed me 1200 calories per day because of my sedentary life style aka desk job. Do you guys add your exercise in here as well and use those extra calories to be able to eat a little more? Any other eating plan I have done allows me around 1400. 1200 seems a little low to me.
Alright - I've been needed a good kick in the rear here - especially when it comes to my nutrition (or lack there of!!!) Thanks Elaine - :)
