The purpose of this group is for current member of the Lenoir-Rhyne University Men's Basketball Team to track nutrition and fitness individually as well as a means of accountability for one-another. Nutrition is equally important as fitness in performance enhancement. What you eat and drink provide fuel and nutrients for your body. The vigorous nature of basketball requires the right kind of fuels to provide optimal function on the basketball and in the classroom. You can set-up your personal profile according your personal needs, whether it is to gain weight or lose weight.
