I started this group to encourage and motivate woman and man all over the world to support each other. Losing weight is a big deal. With our loves ones in prison it can be come very difficulty to express our feeling to people because don't understand your situation or they judge you which can be very stressful. So I encourage you to utilize this group to eat healthier, exercise, and clear your mind from that stress. May we all find Peace, Freedom, and TrueLove ........I need all the support I can get..
