September slim down challenge

The best way to slim down is to have support throughout the struggles. I know this from personal experience. Anyone that wants to do this challenge with me is more than welcome, the more the merrier. I have attached the 30 day challenge, and two 14 day challenges. For the two 14 day challenges just rest on day 15 then start at day 1 again.

A good workout is a great workout if you pair it with healthy eating so make sure to stock your fridge/set your menu or whatever you do to ensure your best shot at making this challenge worthwhile!
