This is a group striving to be all we can be in terms of body, mind and spirit!
We are beyond the NY Fashion Week look alike, the skinny Heidi Klum, and Self Magazine cover look but we are beautiful people who want to feel and look good in our clothes, manage our weight and struggle from time to time with both. This applies to any age or gender but certainly to those of us who's metabolism has decided to kick back in an easy chair and make us work for every ounce of weight loss we see!
