Hi, I haven't started this workout routine/game yet. Any tips or suggestions for a first timer? I am planning to start tomorrow or the next day when I go back to school.

Wow when I did the football run that was cool but when it went to the bike and lighting the lights oh my gosh that was hard did not make it through so I will try again tomorrow. I welcome any advice.
