21 day cardio challenge must burn 500-1000 cals a day. NO sweets, no rice , and no bread only can bake or grill the meat such as chicken,fish,turkey, etc. also veggie and fruit if you can't truly go without your bread or rice you only can eat wheat bread and brown rice. ‪#‎FitnesJourney
