Walk the Walk
This group is for individuals who want to team up to help motivate and keep everyone accountable for their calories and for their weightloss. If anyone who is interested in joining this challenge would like to make their food diary public we can each check that we are logging daily and offer advice when needed. Every Saturday I will be weighing in and will post my weight changes. Once a month I will also be measuring and taking photos to show changes as well. I hope everyone is pumped to loss that weight!
