Ok, it’s been over a year and to say I went a bit mental on the bingeing is an understatement...! Heaviest I’ve been in 10 years, so starting fresh! Not just for an event but for me!

So when are you getting married and what are your goals?
What are your goals for your wedding/honeymoon? Are you more concerned with how your dress looks (or what size it is) or with wearing a bikini on your beach honeymoon? Mine is the latter that I'm more concerned with--of course, if I can wear a bikini I'm pretty sure my dress would look awesome too!
Has anyone else hit a plateau?? I only have 7 more lbs to my goal, and I feel these are going to the hardest ones to lose...! Any suggestions???
