If you are like me, and have depression, anxiety, self esteem issues, or any other mental health issues which seem to be worse due to paranoia around your body fitness, this group is for you!

We suggest posting:

Goals and Accomplishments for working out.
Changes to self esteem, positive or negative.
Helpful advice for those struggling.

Now, I;m not sure how these groups work exactly, but if I see any shaming or negative behaviors towards others, I will see about getting you banned from this group. It is supposed to be a safe place for everyone!
