Petites in Maintenance

Choose your adjective: Short, petite, vertically-challenged, "fun sized". Whatever you call us, we ladies who are on the smaller side face unique challenges trying to maintain. Whether it's having a maintenance calorie level below that of most people's deficit calorie goals, or trying to find clothing that fits in the grown-ups section, being petite can sometimes feel like a challenge. This group is a space where us shorter women at, near or targeting maintenance can come together to talk about stuff that's relevant to us, keep each other motivated.

TO JOIN: Please write a short post confirming that you're petite (loosely defined as 5'3" / 1.6m and under, no offense to you taller folks but we really want to keep this a petites-only space) and currently or recently maintaining. Also, as per MFP site policy, that you're over 18. And, y'know, not a bot. Cheers!
