2lb a week until xmas challenge.. 22lbs!!!
Hi I'm Becki from the UK
I currently weigh 14 stone (196lb)
My goal weight is to lose 3 stone (42lb)
I was wondering if anyone would like to start a challenge with me today to lose at least 2lb a week until xmas (11 weeks today will take us to the 22nd december)
Which means a total loss of 22lbs!!!
I'd love to have people to join in this challenge with me. Please fr request and keep posting in the group with updates, struggles, weigh ins etc.
