Quit Sugar for 100 Days!
For 100 days, I will be totally abstaining from overtly sugary foods like doughnuts, candy, and pop. I'm not sweating the so-called "hidden sugars," at least for now. My goal is to see what life is like once I'm solidly in the habit of no junky dessert foods and from there decide if this was a helpful detox or a change to maintain for life. I would LOVE support and help from anyone else out there willing to take the challenge to go 100 days (starting any time--my start date happens to be October 26th) or who is already into a good groove of living a lower-sugar lifestyle.
