Anyone interested in a dinner swap? The idea is that everyone makes several of the same meal and then we get together to swap. Then, everyone goes home with several meals to freeze for their families.
I have trouble not snacking at about 9pm. Obviously, a bad habit. What tips do you have that help you avoid late night snacking?

My goal this week is to drink lots of water to help flush the toxins I know I will consume on Thankshiving.
