I started the work out on Monday 4/18/16. How is everybody doing? The first 3 videos was quite challenging but I'm still at it lol
Insanity workout
Hi, is there anyone currently doing Insanity workout?
When do we start?
I have the Insanity set. Did it a few years ago when it first came out. I think its time to add something to my workout regimen to help me lean out. Is the group active and starting anytime soon? Currently on a 2500 cal diet 6 days of 20 min cardio and 4 day weights. I need a little something to spice it up.
