First weigh in is Jan 4 and then weigh in at least once a week. Final weigh in is April 18. Biggest percentage lost wins the money.

Try to be consistent with weigh in time. I find first thing in the morning before eating or drinking works best for me.

This is a closed group, that means only those taking the challenge can read. We are all beautiful women just the way we are, so feel comfortable that there is no judgment with our progress or our numbers. My entire goal is to try to live a healthier lifestyle with my food and exercise, so that my kids will have a good model to follow..... And who am I kidding? A little weight loss would make me feel good too.
